Carbon Hotel

Perfect, the staff especially the receptionists and the lovely woman who does the massages and skin treatments was fabul

Pros: A great hotel that’s less than a minute from the train station, and within 10mins of key locations shops,cafes,restaurants and shopping centres. The service is magnificent and will always try and make your stay as comfortable as possible, any issues will be sorted quickly and swiftly, room service happens if you stay longer then 2 nights and they throughly clean your room in the mornings or upon request, the staff is lovely and have nice personalities and will always listen to your concerns. If you get the opportunity to try the spa and massages at this hotel the service is 5/5 stars and they always deliver via it be by giving amazing relaxing massages or incredible skin care treatments, my stay here for one week has been the best it could have been, thank you, Carbon Hotel-Differnent Hotels.

Cons: The only critique I would have is the bathroom not having air fresheners so it can be a bit smelly.

Good hotel

Pros: The hotel was modern and clean and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect.

Cons: The temperature wasn’t easy to manage and we were not able to turn on / off the lights with the master switch

Pros: Staff were excellent, location great, decor and facilities excellent

Cons: Nothing to dislike, one observation, the power outlet in my room was under the desk around a metre from the bed. Luckily I have an extended phone charger but as many people like to read e devices or have their devices charging next to them. It would be good to move the power outlet and or maybe change to a pop up power outlet just behind the bed.

We loved it

Pros: Location, comfy beds, interesting design of room, nice breakfast (and being able to make fresh orange juice a nice bonus). Friendly staff.

Was perfect for what we needed

Cons: They mugs weren’t big enough for a good size brew

Pros: Friendly staff, central location, great rooms, clean, access to sauna.

Cons: WiFi did not work.

Pros: the layout of the room was very good, as was the location of the hotel. the breakfast was a plus.

Cons: the bathroom bin had not been emptied, the bath was not very clean and it was impossible to turn off the shower room light.

Pros: only saw staff at check in / check out , very professional and friendly

Comfy stay with superb restaurant.

Pros: The onsite restaurant and breakfast was exceptional. A very high class level of food available.

Cons: Less black colour in the in the interior.
