Very comfortable room, amazing location

Pros: It is just 4 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes walk from the high street and marketplace. Perfect location

Cons: The air conditioner was not very efficient, it was better off. The room was freezing cold when we entered and it took a while to heat up. There was no tea option

Would certainly recommend for your stay in Genk.

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location was really good, very close to everything I needed to get to.

Good for a short stay in Genk!

Pros: Coffee machine! Little treat provided also, was very nice.

Pros: Close to the station, great for attending Pukkelpop but sleep in a great bed.

Cons: The airconditioning was broken and made annoying noises, even when off. The owner did confirm they are going to fix it. There was a water bottle that seemed dirty but somehow you needed to fill it yourselves. That was a bit unexpected and weird.

Pros: Perfect location to visit Genk. Nice room and very good quality for a cheap price.

Great stay in Genk center

Pros: Great location, very helpful staff, nice room, fun cocktailbar with rooftop attached to it and good breakfast with delicious italian coffee.

Cons: Small issue to mention something: Coffee machine did not work, staff was very helpful and swiftly brought another one which also stopped working. But that was ok for us

Pros: Close to what we needed, everything was clean and tidy and the room was spacious. It’s perfect for a few days where you are using it as a base

Cons: Beds were uncomfortable but that is a personal taste so some may find them great. Coffee facilities but would have liked a tea ( had to run the coffee machine 6 times with water to clear the coffee residue for hot water) Apart from letting us in and getting a key we never saw a member of staff.

We were very happy with the accommodation and service.

Pros: So close to the centre of the town. Close to numerous places to eat and drink. Walking distance to local shopping centre and train close by. Spacious rooms. Very clean and tidy. Sandro made the stay!! He was so kind and helpful. He organised car hire and called taxis for us when our phones didn’t work. Nothing was too hard for him. He is an extremely gracious and kind manager. Thank you.

Cons: We really enjoyed this property and don’t have anything negative to say. The only minor issue when staying on a main road is of course limited parking however there is paid parking nearby.

Perfect for a business meeting in Genk

Pros: + Very comfy, welcoming rooms + Close to the main train station (2 min. walk) + Varied breakfast + Close to a nice and big park, ideal for walks and runs

Cons: - The room lacked some basic amenities, like soap

I had a very pleasant stay, staff was very friendly. Will return and recommend.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to train/bus station and shops/restaurants.
