Hotel Ecu

Pricey but met all my needs. Except weird bed angle, lack of fridge or weird windows ..

Pros: Location - shops, center, buses, shop opened late at night across the street, train station all within 5 minutes walk. Size of the room was good.

Cons: Bed - mostly comfy but with weird fall when you turn. Since big closet is right next to the bed along with night stand I had to really watch out not to hit my head when I wanted to turn on that side and check my mobile phone. Windows - I don't get why normal hook to partially/fully open is not sufficient anymore. Tried to partially open it, it was standing weirdly. Small fridge would be nice - I stayed during warm days and wasn't able to store drinks or food.

Pros: I'd like to highlight the service and kindness of the reception staff, and everything was perfect. I was treated very well and attentively. The place is well located, very convenient, and the price and quality are excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Cons: Everything was perfect, service, cleanliness, location and quality were all impeccable.

Great stay and surely come back when again in Genk.

Pros: Friendly staff, welcomed me politely and warmly. Due to availability of better rooms, I was provided with higher quality room what was absolutely amazing. Comfortable room with all essentials you needed.

Cons: A little noisy from the nearby street made by cars. But not a big deal.

Pros: Reception was very nice and helpful, I even got a nice upgrade of the room to a larger place. The room was spacious and comfortable, plenty of sockets for electricity which may be of use to people staying for work. The bed was nice and large. Airco also did its job well. The location can't be faulted, just around teh corner from city center, across the street from the train station.

Comfortable hotel with good location for local amenities.

Pros: The room was very comfortable for both my wife and I. The location within Genk, was local to shops and restaurants and not far from the railway / bus station. Breakfast offered a variety of foods and coffee, tea and juices. Helpful staff at reception as well as in the restaurant.

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, central but quiet, right next to a park. Even though it's on the street, parking isn't a problem.

Cons: A double bed consists of two single beds joined together and unfortunately this is not very comfortable.

Pros: Good facility in general met my expectations I think it could do with coat of paint on outside at entrenched and attending to sewage smell on level 4 Thank you

Pros: Very closely to bus station. Nearly there is a night shop.

Pros: Well hotel Ecu is nice, not a 5 Star but ok, just that the bed which I slept in because I believe all are not the same, so needs some touches
