Pros: Nice location (next to entrance of national park), beautiful and clean hotel. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Bicycles available upon payment.

Cons: The hotel restaurant seemed a bit inexperienced and under staffed. Although the lady who seemed to be the supervisor did definitely her best. Maybe some little extras could make the experience better, like having the tables already foreseen with cups and cutlery for breakfast rather than self service.

Romantic, quiet place

Pros: The room was comfortable and well equipped; breakfast was decent; the whole property is very picturesque.

Cons: I got the room below the ground level so I had zero view. I also find parking cost too expensive for such a remote place.

Pros: The hotel kindly upgraded our room, which was such a sweet gesture. The mattress was amazing, and I had a really good night’s sleep. Perfect location to explore surroundings!

Good hotel in a quiet location

Pros: Hotel was in a lovely location and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Rooms were decent size and well furbished but lacked \

Cons: Missed small things like a safe in the room, shampoo and hand cream, which are standard in decent 4 star hotels. The atmosphere in the hotel was too quite - probably due to layout of reception and lack of interaction of guests. Room cleaning team replaced towels after 1 night even though we did not put the towels on the floor or asked for them to be replaced - therefore not environmentally friendly. Did not leave large towels so had to call for another towel.

A great place to stay if you want to stay overnight after Elaisa spa or shopping village.

Pros: The hotel is modern and truly beautiful. Rooms are cosy and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good, and I would also recommend having a dinner there.

Cons: Staff at the reception could have been friendlier and more helpful.

Cons: The bathrooms #309 # 311 are next to each other. Particular to hear your neighbour having his shower in the morning… No more lights in the evening on the way from the parking to the main entrance.
