Very pleasant and good experience.

Pros: Service is very good… hotel staff are very friendly And rooms are decent and heat us maintained very well in winter. Also it has a free parking. Breakfast is also very good.

Cons: Lift is a bit slow.. but everything else is perfect

Very cosy and familiar although big dimension

Pros: Very rich breakfast , from sweet to salty, very tasty. Dogs very welcome. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Free parking. Nice atmosphere.

Cons: I didn't like the fact of plastic cups in the bathroom and 2 printed paper sheets by room (info about hotel's services and personalized welcome note, very pleasant but still it's a waste of paper). Overall, it was fine for a one night stay.

Pros: Staff was very kind and helpful. Offered cava upon arrival. Breakfast was very good. Good experience!

Pros: Nice place, big room and nice atmosphere. Very kind and professional staff. I have done the check-in online and when I arrived late in the evening, in my room I found a personalised welcome letter addressed to me with all the instructions of the services. It was not just a standard letter for itself, but that little extra touch that makes the difference :)

Pros: It’s a perfect location, it’s cosy, personnel is very kind and flexible, no elevators, wifi is great, food is very good, parking good

Excellent service

Pros: Excellent and friendly service. We hot offer welcome drink but did not have time to drink it at bar. Once we were in the room we got a call from the reception offering us to bring the drinks in the room. Such a nice gesture.
