The owner is an amazing host! Made for this job!

Pros: We got a free upgrade to an amazing room with a sauna inside of the tower, and a jacuzzi bath in front of our bed.

Loved it and will return :-)

Pros: I was treated very well, a glutenfree breakfast was no issue at all. I loved the swimming pond, water so clean newts live there too (it's a thing).

Cons: A lift would have been nice, but as this is a historic place that is not an option.

Beautiful destination hotel close to Hasselt city centre

Pros: We stayed here with 8 girls for my sister's hen do (vrijgezellen) and had a wonderful time. Villa Saporis was very communicative ahead of our stay, with clear information and instructions. The hotel is beautiful property and feels like a real destination; it's clean, comfortable and well located just outside of but in easy walking distance from the city centre. Staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Most of us came by train but those of those with cars could take advantage of a paid, safe private parking space.

Cons: If the breakfast time slot had been a bit longer during the weekend, that would have been a great option to have. But no major dislikes at all - we loved our stay!

A good host, always came into the breakfast room to check all was ok.

Pros: Breakfast - A great variety of food available, hot food cooked to order. Plenty of fresh fruit. The comfy space to meet in and relax during the day and in the evenings. The garden space.

Cons: A little more information on the fact that most rooms had double beds not twin beds, although owner did his best to accommodate our group by providing single duvets.

Pros: breakfast choice, linen tablecloth and serviettes, comfortable beds, decor, suntrap garden, secure parking ... and ,of course Frank, the maitre d., who dealt with all our problems, and made our group very welcome (as well as understanding English humour !)

Cons: Leavingl

A very comfortable place to stay.

Pros: Great breakfast, very friendly staff. Well placed for visiting Hasselt and Maastricht

Cons: Would have liked twin beds.. apparently they only have 2 twin rooms but didn’t know this until we arrived.

Lovely place and lovely hosts.

Pros: Lovely building with secure parking within walking distance of the town centre. The interior is classy and confortable with a very comfortable lounge. Breakfast was great - quality local ingredients and the hosts couldn't have been more charming.

Cons: We were in the new extension which was quiet & comfortable. Its a small gripe but I'm not a fan of glass doors to the en-suite shower & toilet. However thats just me. They were clean and spacious and worked well - probably the best of the hotels we stayed in on this trip.
