Good stay in a clean hotel close to station and amenities

Pros: Clean hotel good location close to the main railway station. Staff were polite and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast was minimal especially the hot food section. It was included in the room price that was good value so it was probably what should be expected

This review is for the main Holiday Inn - booking was changed from HI Express - so irrelevant

Pros: Very nice hotel BUT not the HI Express - my booking had been moved to the large Holiday Inn further down the road! 24hr reception. Lovely Bistro. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Location good and shortish walk from the railway station and on the edge of the city centre.

Cons: Everything was fine - a shame the bistro isn't open on Sunday. Nothing more to add.

Best hotel at this price

Pros: At the heart of the city with a 2 min walk to the public parking area. It was good value for money at this kind of facility. Breakfast had a lot of items to choose from.

We’ll definetely stay again when we next visit Hasselt.

Pros: Its spacious, clean and comfy. Near the shopping street and the metro. Staffs are super nice. Ning and Sharmaine🥰 specially. We had a wonderful stay. And the breakfast is amazing. My hubbys always looking forward to breakfast🤣🤣

Cons: None really. All is great.

Amazing service, clean rooms.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, very helpful. My child hurt herself and the hotel staff rushed to get ice, very warm and kind. Rooms were clean.

Cons: Parking was a little tricky for first timers.
