Would recommend this hotel because of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel
Pros: Hotel was lovely and quiet. Exceptionally clean. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. One receptionist in particular, Rani, stood out. My phone wouldn't connect to the hotel wifi and mobile data had also let me down so I had no way of contacting anyone. Rani couldn't have done more to help with the wifi and, after spending some time at it, got my phone connected. She was extremely helpful booking taxis for me and, like the other staff I met, was very pleasant. I hope to stay again in B&B Hotel, Hasselt.
Cons: I was a little dissapointed there was no kettle in my room but there were free tea & coffee making machines in the lobby. But I would have preferred being able to make my coffee in my room.

Excellent staying
Pros: Excellent room, comfortable, new and cozy. The shower is amazing, spacious like the whole room. Staff polite, location great! Super recommend ❤️

This hotel ticks every box and felt very warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful time :)
Pros: Very comfortable, great breakfast and lovely staff. The full package!! Great value for money :)
Cons: Very minor problem but the shower would sometimes leak under the shower door and go into the bathroom floor. Again this is not a big problem at all and it caused me no issues.

Excellent hotel to stay in Hasselt
Pros: It was very comfortable and it had a perfect location. The checkin was very practical and easy. Everything was clean and perfect. The breakfast was delicious and offered many options.
Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like. Everything’s just right!

Pros: Convenient location, friendly receptionists, nice minimalistic decoration, quite tasty coffee at the reception area, super comfortable bed. I liked that there were no keycards, just a longish code to memorise for the room and the main entrance. It was unusual, but actually very convenient.
Cons: The parking of the hotel was full, however a nearby parking house they recommended had enough space, and the price per day was almost the same. It was a small inconvenience of walking 200 meters with my luggage instead of taking the lift to hotel's parking. A small minus - nobody told me about the coffee machine available for the guests when I checked in, I discovered it by accident in the evening of the second day.

Pros: Very nice hotel in the city center. Room was small but cosy and clean. I liked number lock on the door, I didn’t need to take care of any card, just remember the code. There was free coffee at the reception/lobby. And I really appreciated check-out at 12:00. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Cons: I would appreciate more space for clothes and a small fridge.

Perfect base for a trip to Hasselt
Pros: Great hotel - really good location in central Hasselt and convenient for the town centre, restaurants and museums etc. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the air conditioning was a real bonus in the hot weather! Would happily stay again next time we're in Hasselt.
Cons: Nothing to add - it's a town centre chain hotel, and provided exactly what we needed. It's more a kind of business trip kind of place, but Hasselt isn't exactly on the tourist trail, so we were glad of a comfortable base!

Pros: All was good, except in the morning a garbage truck and a sidewalk cleaner started a competition \
Cons: The hotel has only a parking garage, so we had to search for an open parking place for our bigger car. Luckily, there is a parking place just in 5-8 minutes walk, offering free parking on Sundays.
