Chambre R1 avec salle de bain partagée près de l'hôpital de la Citadelle à Liège

Great alternative if you do not want to pay 100 EUR + for an hotel room downtown.

Pros: Cheap lodging. Host super responsive. Pretty quiet place.

Cons: Kitchen was a bit messy. The place is in the upper town so you need to be comfortable going up and down when visiting the city Center

Fabulous stay in great accomodation

Pros: The homestay was lovely, newly decorated and modern. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean with a large, comfortable double bed. There was a self-catering kitchen which was very useful and the showers were nice and hot. Romaric and his girlfriend were very helpful and generous throughout our stay and kindly let us use the washing machine and dryer. Considering the homestay is close to a big city we found it to be very quiet and there is a nice park nearby. It was good to be able to easily get into Liege, either by cycling, walking, driving or a regular bus service. (It took me about 25 minutes to walk into the City down the hill and 40 minutes to walk back up!) There's also the option of driving in or getting a bus (they run regularly in a road just 5 minutes walk away). All in all we had a very pleasant stay and we would certainly stay here again if visiting Liege. Thanks to Romaric for being a great host!

Pros: La propreté des chambres de la salle de bain et de la cuisine était irréprochable. Le propriétaire est d’une sympathie qu’on trouvera rarement.

Pros: Le confort, La propriétés ainsi que l'emplacement pas vraiment loin du centre , je le recommande vivement .

Ein Aufenthalt,wie man ihn sich wünscht

Pros: Als erstes muss ich sagen,dass Romaric ein überaus freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber war. Obwohl man sich nicht persönlich begegnet ist,verlief die Kommunikation reibungslos. Er war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Selbst eine zweimalige Verlängerung der Buchung stellte kein Problem dar. Was die Einrichtung betrifft,so entspricht alles den Bildern,die auf Booking zu sehen sind. Dank einer guten Busverbindung ist auch der etwas mühsame Weg zum Stadt Zentrum keine Schwierigkeit. Und trotz Gemeinschaftsbadezimmers hat dennoch jeder genügend Privatsphäre. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Und sicher nicht der letzte. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den sympathischen Gastgeber!

Cons: Ein Fernseher wäre zwar sicher ein Pluspunkt gewesen. Aber vielleicht ist es auch ein gutes Konzept darauf zu verzichten. Um den Aufenthalt in Ruhe zu genießen.
