Comfortable Stay

Pros: Nice, comfortable room, very kind staff and very good breakfast. We enjoyed the Spa as well (little labyrinth to found it, but 100% worth the way).

Pros: The hotel is very comfortable, safe, heated, with comfortable mattresses, a spacious shower with a bathroom heater, tea and coffee in the room, and the staff is very professional and friendly.

Cons: the hot water pressure in the shower was very very low, it almost didn't come down

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, rooms are clean and comfy, good aircon/heater in the room, free water in room

Cons: Had to walk on crutches through to the far end of the building multiple times a day (no decently-prices rooms in main block, no heads up about it despite notifying the property I was injured and using crutches). Also the parking is messy - you have to get your ticket validated at reception every time you go out, then the ticket doesn't work in machine 80% of the time, you have to call reception and they open the gate.

Great option if your coming to the stadium for a match

Pros: Perfect for us attending a match at the stadium - even had a view of the pitch from the window. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant next to reception. Rooms clean and good size.

Cons: It can take a bit of a trek from reception to get to your room (two elevators and high were quite busy to get to floor 5). Smoking is prohibited in the rooms (which is good) but our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Pillows are very hard.

Pros: I got a skybox for the same price of a comfort room. Perfect deal. The stadium view and the room quality are outstanding.

Pros: The room was very nice and clean. I had a pleasant balcony view overlooking the stadium, which was a new experience for me. The hotel restaurant was excellent; I enjoyed the great service in the evening and the delicious food. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but overall it was also very good too.

Cons: The WiFi in the room was very poor. I was on a business trip and needed to check emails or do video calls in the evening, but the bad connection made this difficult. Additionally, a larger selection of TV channels or maybe the availability of Netflix would have been nice.
