Smart Appart - City Center Liege

Pros: Very nice place near city centre 👌 its very clean inside and very comfortable..the personal service is very professional and nice people 👍

Pros: Wonderful Place, plenty of light and all necessary things and equipment for a shorter or longer stay. Wise division of spaces, coffee machine and beautiful shower. TV with TV box and screen mirroring. Close to transport connection, bars shops and all services. I even met the owner, kind and respectful gentleman.

Cons: Unpleasant smell in the building, unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Had to rewash all cutlery and all plates and glasses I was going to use. Kitchen cupboards are smelly and a bit sticky Dust builds up everywhere and on all surfaces ..moved the bed and saw the back of the fridge, very unpleasant surprises. External Cleaning service probably cleaning very superficially. However, leaving a 9 as the place deserves it, I must be honest after all. Would still come back with pleasure again.

Pros: Bien situé près du centre ville des transports en communs, belle vue du 6ème étage, propre dès notre arrivée, très sérieux lors de la réservation

Cons: Petit problème d’électricité mais qui a été vite résolu (un grand merci à vous) Nous avons pas pu nous servir de la taque

Pros: We hebben hier met vrienden een super weekend gehad! Het appartement is ruim, modern en schoon. De ligging in het centrum van Luik is ideaal, alles is op wandelafstand. Ook het inchecken met de codes verliep heel vlot en werkte perfect. De keuken en voorzieningen waren compleet, en de bedden lagen erg comfortabel. Communicatie met de host verliep ook goed. Zeker een aanrader en we zouden zonder twijfel nog eens terugkomen!

Pros: El departamento es grande, el anfitrión es muy amable y responde pronto, la ubicación es buena,estaba limpio.

Cons: Aunque el departamento estaba limpio no se puede decir lo mismo de las entradas del edificio que están sucias y un olor desagradable sobre todo al entrar al departamento, como a las 12 am. Mientras dormíamos entraron unos chicos que aseguraron tener reserva el mismo día, nos comunicamos con el anfitrión y aseguró fue un error, lamentablemente el susto lo pasamos.
