Luxury apartments in a GREAT location

Pros: Location was perfect, right in the middle of town. Apartments high quality, well kitted out. Beds are extremely comfortable

Pros: Superb location, close to everything at walking distance or easy access through public transport. The beautiful staircase adds some charm to the place.

Cons: Although the place has all the basics to stay comfortably, there’s not much attention to detail. Appliances and some furniture are installed hastily and sometimes in a way that are probably not up to safety standards (i.e. the stove is definitely not safe to be used on all four heating spots and the kitchen power outlets are placed right above the heat source of the stove). I was travelling with a kid and a senior and the choice for kitchen cabinet door handles are not accessible at all; they could barely open them - it requires A LOT of strength on a finger to pull the dishwasher or fridge doors, for example. Another example is the hastily (white) paint marks at the staircase. It is a pity that this part of the apartment did not get the treatment it would deserve as it’s so beautiful and brings a lot to the scene of mix of old building and modern comfort. Outside the apartment the common areas are simply not taken care of and there’s a constant foul smell in it - not a major issue but it’s sad to see such a beautiful building not cared for.

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable apartment. We arrived on a 40-degree day. The air conditioning was very welcome! We were travelling in the car with bikes. The Cathedral Underground car park was only 200 m away, and we could leave the bikes there safely.

Cons: For a longer stay, the kitchen could be bigger.

Comfortable, spacious two-bedroom apartment, in city centre

Pros: Large, comfortable apartment. Excellent location in centre of city. Ideal for long stay.

Cons: A number of small maintenance issues need attention: floor of dining/kitchen area is lifting - requires repair; dishwasher cupboard difficult to open; fire alarm not installed - found inside cupboard; batteries in aircon/reverse cycle heater require replacement; burn mark on wall next to oven top.

Pros: Lovely property, clean tidy and finished to a good standard. Living room was lovely .

Cons: 3 flights of spiral stairs to get to the apartment. Hard to do with big suitcases.

Pros: We had an excellent stay at Duplex Hyper Centre in Liège! The apartment is beautifully presented, spacious, and incredibly clean — exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful with local tips. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like clear instructions, good Wi-Fi, and well-equipped kitchen. The design and layout of the duplex made it feel very comfortable and modern. It was a fantastic base for exploring Liège, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros: Emplacement top en plein centre-ville. Bonne literie, grande douche.

Cons: Manque bols. Absence tiré bouchon (on a réglé le problème).

Pros: Mooie locatie midden in de stad, in het appartement heb je weinig tot geen last van het drukke stadsleven.

Cons: Sommige zaken zijn toe aan renovatie/vervanging, zoals de vloer en de bank op de bovenverdieping.

Pros: Bonne amplacement, facile a trouver , équipement au top , deux chambre superbe , grande espace idéal pour une grande famille .

Cons: Changer le canapé svp il ce démonté quand on est assis.
