L'Atelier Triplex - Architect's apartment

Pros: We really liked the good location and a new appartment, it is more like a building as it has 4 floors. We loved all the space. Top floor has the bed room with the roof window to get the sun light, middle floor then has a shower, big changing space with two sinks also it has toilet and lounge area. 1st floor then has a big kitchen and big dinner table. We left our jackets and shoes on the ground floor. Ground floor is just an entrance but has the coat hungers, key bowl, and small table. All the facilities listed were available so it was comfortable for us to stay for few days. Washing machine is a communal one among the residents in the building but there are only 4 doors including ours and we didn't have to queue at all. It's so spacious but the temperature control was good and it was lovely warm. We love to come back to this place when we are back to Liege again.

Cons: Very minor point but no bath towels. There are kitchen and hand towels though. We bought ours in Primark across the river. We were informed about this in advance. On Friday, there were cars that speeding and stopping on the road during night. Also we could hear people chatting on the road outside. It was bad on Friday night but then fine on Saturday and Sunday nights.

Pros: La modernité et sobriété des lieux, sa proximité avec le centre ville

Cons: Des personnes qui fument du canabis dans la cour, l’odeur nauséabonde dans l’appartement (un produit pour le bois ?)
