Super setting and location - worth while!

Pros: The settling was excellent - beautiful location and facilities! Look forward to returning!

Cons: The soundproofing of the rooms / doors wasn't amazing so you could easily hear people in the corridor etc.

Excellent hotel to be away from it all, with excellent restaurant for very fine dining

Pros: Excellent location in beautiful surroundings, great nature hikes possible from here in Voerstreek

Cons: We had to alert the staff to switch on the airconditioners, which eventually worked, and very needed with 28 C heat

Pros: Beautiful setting in a nice park, the old building is lovely

Cons: We were given a double room under the roof, and one side of the bed had a wooden beam over the head. This was very dangerous when standing up.

Beautiful place, great location!

Pros: We were so lucky to find this property! We had been looking for something near Spa for the Grand Prix and suddenly this cropped up, it was a very reasonable price for what it was and we had the best stay! Will definitely look to stay here again!

Pros: Gorgeous hotel located in a historic monument in the middle of nowhere. The surrounding fields, ponds, hills and trails made this stay remarkable. Picturesque private access road made you feel like royalty when checking in ;-)

Cons: The room (and the bathroom) itself was a bit dated, but nothing preventing a good night sleep.

Very beautiful place, but the rooms require renovation.

Pros: Beautiful place that worths visiting. The hotel is beautiful and the food that they prepare is magnificent. The atmosphere was perfect, esp. during the period of Christmas. Nicely decorated, nice music, well maintained facilities.

Cons: The rooms need renovation. The bathroom was full of saltwater stains that were not cleaned. The walls of the room I stayed had stains and needed painting.
