Overall it’s excellent

Pros: The apartment's location is excellent, especially its proximity to the shopping mall. We also found the apartment itself to be clean and very spacious, which we appreciated.

Cons: We did experience some difficulties with the car parking facility. Accessing the car park was quite complicated. In particular, the car elevator was slow to respond, and we often had to press the remote control multiple times before it arrived

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das zur Wohnung gehörende Parkhaus ist super.

Cons: Der Eigentümer spricht lediglich ranzödich. Liest sich aber mit einer Pbrsetzungs-App gut lösen.

Spacieux et agréable

Pros: L'emplacement, le calme, le design de l'appartement, l'espace, les petites terrasses... Cuisine très bien équipée, salon confortable, décoration originale.

Cons: Manque de propreté sous les lits qui n'ont plus vus d'aspirateur depuis un certain temps... Vu le standing de l'appartement, on a du mal à comprendre qu'on en oublie les basiques du ménage...

Parfait, je reviendrai.

Pros: La déco, le linge de lit et de salle de bain, la propreté, l'espace salon cuisine, le confort de l'appartement

Cons: Rien en particulier. Nous voulions être près du Palais des Congrès et c'était le cas, nous étions à 350 mètres. Le seul point faible est le fait que l'immeuble est bruyant et les murs, portes pas très bien isolé au niveau du bruit.
