Pros: The hotel staff at the reception were exceptionally kind and helpful. They were kind and helped me in difficult situations. I would revisit because of them.

Cons: The receptionist was not very friendly, unwelcoming and mainly made a point he was the only one tending the hotel and hence he was overworked which does have some truth to it. During breakfast no tables were cleaned at all, forcing guests to manually remove dishes from previous guests...

Pros: Close proximity to an event we were attending and town centre.

Pros: The hotel and its rooms are very modern and comfortable. The parking (under the hotel) was well lit, and had surprisingly wide parking spaces. Nice and spacious rooms, very clean and well equiped bathroom with lovely shower. Perfect location for my visit, on the ring road, but no traffic-noise in the rooms!

Cons: The man at reception had a beard and was mumbling.... I had not found the parking-lot initially, and found it hard to understand the man's explanation; I could tell he got frustrated with me. I had asked for double bed instead of twin-bed.... I did not receive any feedback whatsoever, and sure enough ended up with twin-beds. Breakfast is from 07:00 during the week, does not start until 08:00 in the weekend. I found 08:00 somewhat late, taking into account my schedule, yet worked my way around it and did not take other arrangements; I could tell that guests had finished breakfast when I arrived at 07:55. I found that somewhat frustrating No beans, baked bacon, or tomatoes for breakfast: European style, including omelet and freshly pressed orange juice.

Pros: Ontbijt was erg lekker, misschien als tip i.p.v. grote koffiekoeken eerder kleintjes en enkele kleine andere gebakjes zoals mini donut, mini cakeje, verder was het een mooi ontbijt, het was niet super groot maar toch was alles aanwezig. Hotel kamer was zeer netjes en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons: Hadden moeilijkheden met de check in te vinden (25min. geduurd). Misschien dit iets beter aangeven in de mail.

Gewoon een top verblijf

Pros: Zeer fijne kamer en ruime kamer en zeer propere kamer

Cons: Er was niks aan op te merken

Pros: Fijn dat er een loungebank op de kamer was! Verder was de wifi perfect, de handdoekradiator heel handig, het bed was comfortabel (tikje hard voor mij) en de douche was ook comfortabel. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Cons: Het lijkt alsof het felle balkonlicht centraal geregeld is, want die ging in de avond vanzelf aan en je kunt het niet uit doen. (Althans, ik heb er geen schakelaar gevonden). Ondanks de donkere gordijnen, blijf je het wel zien! Jammer! Naast de receptie staat een automaat met versnaperingen waar je alleen met munten kunt betalen. Die hadden we nu net niet! Helaas…
