Pros: Large familyroom, spa esp swimming pool, nice building and location, friendly staff, good breakfast (excepr the coffee).

Almost great but some very basic problems

Pros: The location is very good, the breakfast is excellent with many choices, the swimming pool is big enough and the different types of saunas are a big plus. The room was big and the beds are comfortable.

Cons: Next to the lot of positives there were problems: - the hairdryer in our room started to smoke, literally! Apparently it didn't have a safety fuse and somehow got a short circuit, resulting in a bad smell but luckily not fire - at the breakfast when the young lady cleaned the tables she just simply swiped the crumbles to the floor and the chairs(!!) where we supposed to sit. Basic cleaning is not respected then it can be fancy but not something you expect at a 4* hotel - two types of pillows would be nice. The one, which was provided was too big, so despite the comfortable bed it was not comfortable to sleep - the air-conditioning/heating was very loud, this was a real problem during night
