A great place to relax

Pros: We loved everything. The friendly staff, the room and the spa facilities. Breakfast and lunch were also great! If you wish to totally relax and rejuvenate, this is the perfect place. We loved that we could stay past check out time to enjoy the spa. We'll definitely come back!

Cons: Dinner was very high level which is great. For meat eaters, it's a good value for money. However, if you are vegetarian, maybe room service is a better choice. It was very expensive for the meal I got, and there was no choice at all (they just served the one option they had). Some places in the Spa were very slippery! Especially for older people, please make sure to warn people and to take care of it.

Very enjoyable

Pros: Room (although furniture should be replaced soon), SPA was excellent. Staff very friendly.

Cons: Breakfast was good, could use a little extra to make it as excellent as the rest.

Relaxing and great value

Pros: Breakfast was the best. Spa and pool was really nice. I could come back after a day of work and still enjoy the spa until I left in the evening at 7pm.

Cons: Room had old carpet, dark coridors

Really pleasant stay to take a break and relax!

Pros: I really liked the location and the access to all facilities. I could try new wellness facilities. It wasn’t too crowded neither. The restaurant was really awesome even if it’s not included in the basic price. The breakfast was diversified and good.

Cons: Toilets are a bit unwelcoming The water was really expansive for nothing.

Charmed. Will become regulars.

Pros: The premises where virtually brand new and spotless, even though this hotel is an historical setting.There is modern, tasteful design everywhere you look. Every facility was available, clean and functioning. We got charmed forever. The treatments real effective and restful, even fun, like a spa attraction park. At first we didn’t want to get the dinner menu but, as we finally did we realized that it would be a terrible loss: it was close to heavenly. The buffet lunch was great French cuisine. The breakfast pretty standard but great product quality. The location beautiful in nature and ambiance.

Cons: A better command of English would be appreciated.We understand that the clientele is quite local, but this is (or could be) a much more international destination. Nevertheless, the service was spotless and kind.
