Nice hotel

Pros: Clean, big room, comfy bed, friendly staff. We didn't eat here but the restaurant looked popular.

Cons: Parking a bit confusing - we parked in a town square thing which we think was okay..the hotel has maps showing where you can park but they didn't make much sense! Bree was lovely, nice quiet small town. Cheap cash only bar on the corner which was all locals and after the initial stares turned out to be really friendly and a memorable night!

Very good option to stay in area, book here!

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful! Very pretty restaurant tho I didn’t have the chance to eat there, food smelled great!

The new owners are starting to invest in this hotel.

Pros: It was great to have Karen the restaurant manager back working at this hotel as I have always found that she goes the extra kilometre for all the guest that stay at this hotel!!! The new owners have got all the air- conditioning units back working again, in all the rooms and the mini fridges.

Cons: Would like to see rooms updated and the tea & coffee facilities reinstated in the rooms.

Great Location for visiting, Netherlands, Germany and even the Ardennes

Pros: It was great to see that these new owners are working exceedingly hard to try and amend and correct, what the previous owners who were totally clueless in running this hotel. I have been staying at this hotel since it first opened, on business and pleasure. It was also great to see that Tom was back working for this hotel again, as his attention to detail & service is reflecting through to the new members of staff in the restruant. The food was also back to its original quality and it was great to see the locals back enjoying the ambience of the Brasserie. There was also a marked improvement in the cleanliness of the bedrooms & bathrooms.

Cons: Unfortunately when the new owners took over this hotel all the kettles in the rooms all disappeared. However, I have been assured by the owners that will be rectified when they update the rooms in due course.

Great location, big rooms, excellent dining and friendly helpful staff

Pros: Town centre location but no real noise or other inconveniences, one way street but traffic minimal. Big, airy room with more than enough room for 2, large bathroom and desk, chairs, etc. Seemed very clean and rooms were quiet enough. Lift access was good. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and day/evening dining just as good, outside area was great for the good weather.

Cons: I wasn't keen on the digital room key as you had to open the email every time to get in. No dedicated parking and difficult on streets. Free in the town square but this gets full during the day, cobbled streets/brickwork not the best for pull along luggage, especially in the rain.

Pros: Breakfast good; the option of warm water might be considered; scrambled egg could have been more professional.

Cons: Table lamp needed a bulb

Pros: It really fit the wibe of the city. I liked that it was close to the church, very peaceful. It was cosy, beds were soft. Good location, very friendly staff.

Cons: I guess I came too late for the breakfast so most of the things were already eaten 😁
