Great stay
Pros: We had a great stay! The host was wonderful and responded very fast to our questions. The house is super comfortable and facilities were amazing. The kitchen has plenty of kitchenware and plates. Also a dishwasher which is nice for such a big groupe. The rooms are small but spacious enough with comfortable beds and blankets. The house is clean and modern.
Cons: We were staying with 10 people but only 8 beds were made. Luckily the host, Ata, responds quickly and arranged bedsheets very fast. The house is for 10 people, but they only have 9 chairs around the table in the living room, which is odd but we could take one from the outside-area. Be aware, there's only one shower which isn't a lot for a big group of people. Also if you enjoy sleeping in a pitch black, bring an eye mask as the curtains do not keep out the sun. Lastly the shower drain wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival so after one person showered, the entire bathroom overflowed a little. We opened up the drain, removed the hair (ew) and the problem was solved.

Pros: Our family's recent stay at Chic House near Maastricht in Lanaken was exceptional! The location is conveniently close to local attractions and offers easy access to the surrounding areas. The house is beautifully renovated, featuring four comfortable bedrooms, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, and a charming terrace with views of the garden. The property is incredibly family-friendly, with indoor and outdoor play areas that our kids absolutely loved. The added convenience of an on-site minimarket was a big plus for us. The serene environment, combined with the comfort and amenities of the house, made our stay truly enjoyable. It's an ideal spot for families or anyone seeking a peaceful escape. We highly recommend it!

Excellent Property to stay with a Great and very friendly host
Pros: Its simply an excellent house to stay. The house was clean, easy to find and GREAT services fro the host. Nice rooms, good kitchen. Jut a place where you want to stay if you are away with your friends
Cons: all wss excellent. If I have to make a remark, maye good to check if all the cooking utensils are still in place and sufficient for hosting 8 persons.

Great stay! We highly recommend this wonderful house and definitely keep it in mind for a next stay 😊
Pros: The house is located less than 10 minutes drive from the center of Maastricht, in a quiet residential street. Even if there is no parking offered with the house, there are enough parking spaces along the street. The house itself is well furnished and we didn’t miss anything. And last but not least: the host is super friendly and easy to communicate with.

Comfortabel mooi huis
Pros: Super mooi ruim huis. Heel comfortabel, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Dicht bij Maastricht. Wij waren er slechts 1 nacht voor concert maar hebben ook een dagje in de omgeving gefietst
Cons: Anders dan in de omschrijving staat is er maar 1 badkamer. Dat is niet veel met 8 personen. Wat ook minder was is de raambekleding in de slaapkamers, het is er niet donker.in 1 kamer was helemaal geen gordijn (maar dar is makkelijk op te lossen. Zou ik ook snel doen als eigenaar)

Het was heerlijk rustig en verzorgd
Pros: Heerlijk ruim, modern en schoon. Vlak bij Maastricht.
Cons: We stonden voor het huis geparkeerd, met achterwiel op streepje en hadden meteen een boete te pakken.
