Duplex sympa Verviers

Host was super friendly, room was great!

Pros: The property was very clean and well located. Room was great! The host was extremely friendly and helpful, we booked last minute and he was able to host us and even offered to drive us to our destination the next day! We are super grateful.

I am satisfied with everything.

Pros: Very friendly host. In the morning he invited me to have a breakfast together, it was very interesting and pleasant to communicate. After that he drove me in his car to the garage, where I picked up my car. I am very grateful to him.

Cons: I liked everything.

Short stay for the 24hr of SPA

Pros: Perfect location and walkable to city centre. The common area of the property is under renovation but the room itself is beautiful and with a high ceiling paired with a lovely city view. Super duper helpful and friendly host!!

Cons: Still under renovation in common areas but doesn’t affect your stay.

Pros: Great hospitality. The host is a great guy, very flexible and easy.

The room was perfect value for money.

Pros: For an overnight stay, the room provided all that I needed. I particularly liked the fact that it was freshly decorated. I liked the fact that there was a saof as well as a large double-bed. The Shower romm was exceptionally attractive.

Cons: The partially-lit access to the room would have been dangerous to me if I hadn't taken my own electric torch. The lack of sound supression meant that I was woken, after midnight and before 08:00, by the noise of the door keys of the neighbouring room. Some more modern room keys and door insulation would improve the situation. The duvet cover was not warm enough for me. A bed-blanket of the apprpriate size, put aside on the sofa, would be a good option.

Pros: Very nice and welcoming host! Very clean and comfortable room.

Cons: A bit small for four people and price a bit high for the accomodation.

Pros: Le propriétaire était sympa et disponible quand on avait besoin ,le duplex était propre et très confortable...Au début j 'ai hésité mais une fois installé c est juste magnifique 😍.

Pros: Petit appartement sympa chambre plus salle de bain en mezzanine et cuisine et salon communs Très bien aménagés, Propriétaire sympathique et bon accueil. La localisation est également agréable dans les hauts de Verviers Style haussmann avec de très beaux bâtiments

Cons: Un peu de chauffage genre petite soufflante à air chaud serait agréable dans la salle de bain à l'étage

Très bien pour un court séjour

Pros: Le confort de la literie. La salle de bain très agréable et moderne. La facilité de stationnement et l’immeuble de caractère. La très bonne communication et la gentillesse des ôtes.

Cons: Les nombreux étages à monter, le fait de partager le séjour et la cuisine avec d’autres résidents. Pour nous il s’agissait d’un résident à l’année, nous avons eu l’impression d’occuper son espace de vie. Cela devrait être mentionné dans le descriptif.
