Pros: It was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were always helpful

Cons: The only thing that would have made it better was to have air conditioning in the Chalet. With the temperature well above 30c it got so hot when we had to close it up to travel that it melted butter, chocolate, etc.
