Great AirBnb with proximity to NL

Pros: Strategic location to Netherlands. The room was clean and pleasant.

Cons: Just a little thing. The windows can be sound proofed.

Perfect when you are traveling through Germany and you need a place to stop.

Pros: The room was big and clean. Great internet speed and communication with the staff was excellent. We arrived at 02:30 in the morning and we didn't have any issues getting inside the property.

Cons: I believe that happened because they knew about our late check in and was not appropriate to disturb the others at the location. We had one of the rooms with the window on the main street and it was a bit noisy.

Great stay and value for money

Pros: Great sport for tennis .. need a car for sure to get around

Great stay!

Pros: We were upgraded to an apartament. It was very clean, it looked new built/refurbished. Even though it was next to a busy road, once windows were closed you couldn't tell. Everything you needed for an overnight stay was there. There even was coffee machine with capsules, but we didnt use it. Everything was working fine, good pressure on the shower.

Cons: The only minus that there was no shop anywhere nearby to reach in foot to buy something to eat.

Pros: Everything was great, good location and all the necessary things were in the apartment.

Nice stay, shame for the stained towels

Pros: Very good, convenient location close to BE-NL-DE borders; easy accessible due to key lock-box with easy and clear instructions from host. This is the third time we’ve stayed here,

Cons: Not easy to spot from the road, a small sign might be handy. Sadly we received a very stained towel that made us quite grossed out, it’s not like they’re expensive to replace for the peace of mind of your guests because one can only imagine what the stains are… :-/ some stains on the bed sheets as well, here we argue the same as the towels, with all the Action shops etc around nowadays there really is no more excuse to give your guests towels or sheets covered in stains, not for €95 a night, in a place that is quite highly rated… Shower door didn’t close properly so the whole floor towel was soaked and floor was impossible to keep dry; a bit of a shame for a new-ish property

Good value for money if you are looking for something simple and clean.

Pros: I needed a clean and cheap place to sleep for an early appointment in the area the next day and it made the trick. As I can have sleepless nights due to sensitivity to noise, the owner kindly took this into consideration in appointing the room. The bed matras and cushion were comfortable. The shower is top notch. I did not need the kitchen appliances but it can indeed be helpful. If I really need to mention a small negative point, it would be the continuous ventilation of the bathroom, but with the door closed and my earplugs, it was quite OK.

Pros: We arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning and were able to easily check ourselves in via the handy key-lockbox at the door (of which we were informed over (text)message by the host upon booking.) Check-out was just as easy. Beds very comfortable. Very good value for money, as we booked for 2Adults 1Child which gave us three single beds, yet the studio had two extra single beds in the kitchen area so we could’ve been a bigger group/had family stay the night if need be. Very clean, all necessities provided (cutlery etc, toiletries etc). Very nice kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, tea and coffee (w/ makers) provided. TV’s in kitchen and bedroom. Very nice bathroom with good water pressure. We booked another night and are very happy we did! We recommend!

Cons: The property was absolutely glacial upon arrival (2AM) which was a shame as it has smart thermostats, and we were travelling with a toddler so after driving all day and evening: a warm place would’ve been very welcome as it was -4 degrees outside and it took a while for the studio to heat up. The chairs were all extremely wobbly, making us avoid sitting on them as we feared they might collapse or our toddler would just fall off; we barely dared moving them from under the table so we had our meals sat on the beds (which were very comfortable to be fair) the pillows were all lacking in stuffing making them quite uncomfortable so having a choice of firmness would’ve been nice. Having some sort of signage visible from the street (which doesn’t permit U-turns) would be great as you easily miss the property and you’d have to go all the way around, especially at night.

We will definitely come back again

Pros: It was very nice and very clean very space full easy to get in just off the motorway. We will definitely stay again.

Comfortable, everything you need for a night stop.

Pros: The price is outstanding!! Facilities better than most hotels. Bed was very comfortable. There is a garage up the road to buy food from. Lots of car parking. Hot water all the time. If you just need a very cheap comfortable place to stay this is it!!
