Zentrales kleines Appartement

Pros: Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und man hat einen schönen Ausblick über die Maas, es ist nett und modern eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist einfach, ebenso der Zugang beim Ankommen. Das Umfeld (Läden, Lokale, Menschen) ist teilweise stark afrikanisch geprägt.

Cons: Die Wohnung ist mit 60 m² angegeben. Das war für uns (3 Personen) entscheidend, DIESE Wohnung zu mieten. Sie hat aber maximal 40 m² oder weniger. Für ein Paar optimal, zu Dritt eher eng. Hinweis: Geparkt haben wir im Parkhaus St. Denis für 17€/Tag. Andere Möglichkeiten gibt es kaum, das war aber in der Beschreibung auch angegeben. .

Pros: Nous avons beaucoup aimé le décor, il y a de l’eau chaude, la tv marche, la douche superbe! Le wifi fonctionnait super bien. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’endroit. Nous le recommandons!

Cons: Les gens qui crient au milieu de la nuit, les bagarres que l’on entend. Mais c’est pas horrible, ça se comprend c’est au centre de Liège 😁

Pros: La posizione centrale,la vista panoramica e il frigo che funzionava alla perfezione per non parlare dell' acqua calda da favola.

Pros: Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Tolle Aussicht auf die Maas. Sehr sauber.

Cons: Der Fahrstuhl beginnt erst in der ersten Etage, daher nicht geeignet für Gehbehinderte. Treppenhaus war im Gegensatz zur Wohnung dreckig. Die Wohnung hat ein Problem mit dem Abfluss im Bad, es richt dort leider stark.
