A wonderful, renovated apartment in the heart of Liege

Pros: The apartment is renovated, clean, with nice touches, Sergey and his wife are very friendly people making sure you 'd have a wonderful stay. Highly recommended !

Good value

Pros: Location was very good, kitchen seemed well equipped, place was clean and comfortable. Heating & insulation was also good. Photos provided are accurate.

Cons: The shower cubicle was in the bedroom, however the exhaust fan was more than capable in keeping the bedroom clear of moisture. It looks odd, but it works. Being on the ground floor, there wasn't much natural light as we had to keep the shutters closed for privacy/security. A skylight in the bedroom helped somewhat

Établissement parfait et rapport qualité prix très bon

Pros: Appartement très propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires et fonctionnels. Situé à 5 minutes à pieds de la place Saint-Lambert, facile d’accès en train car la gare est juste à côté.

Cons: Tout était parfait.

Logement spacieux et très pratique à proximité du centre ville de Liège

Pros: Pas de petit déjeuner, mais tout à disposition : bouilloire, machine à café, et dosettes dans le logement (si les précédents en ont laissé, sinon magasin dans la rue) + possibilité de prendre un super petit déjeuner à l'hôtel SELYS juste à côté, pour 23€ par personne (juin 2025) avec très grand choix et à volonté. La réservation n'y est pas obligatoire pour 1 à 2 personnes. Sinon, c'était facile de cuisiner et manger sur place, d'autant plus qu'il y'a peut y avoir quelques victuailles dans le placard. C'était calme. Je n'étais pas présente en journée. Rangements et grand lit confortables. Le logeur habite à proximité. Très discret et attentionné.

Cons: Il faut pouvoir dormir même s'il ne fait pas complètement nuit car il y'a un puit de lumière au-dessus du lit. Ca rend la chambre très agréable de jour, mais pas totalement noire la nuit.

Spotlessly clean, comfy, perfect location and super accomodating!

Pros: Staying here was an absolute dream! Possibly the cleanest and most comfortable air bnb I've ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, comfortable, tons of room, new appliances and accommodations, comfortable bed and couch, honestly can't enough good things! Location is amazing, 5m walk from the St. Lambert train station and just a few minutes from the start of centre ville and other great spots to check out in Liege. Apartment is street level but very quiet and private. Sergey was super friendly and extra accommodating on an early check in and easy to contact whenever I needed anything. The apartment was even outfitted with coffee, tea, oats and other basic kitchen things! Next time I'm in Liege or if I know someone else travelling, this will be my go to!

Cons: No complaints at all. Tous parfait!

Pros: Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut. Wir kamen durch ein Event erst sehr spät und das war kein Problem. Sergei ist sehr höflich und freundlich.
