GUILLEMINS STATION FLATS

Perfect for a long weekend stay, which is what we required for the Belgium Grand Prix weekend.

Pros: Very clean, secure and comfortable. Great location near to the station. Great communication with owner. Parking in secure car park.

Cons: Lounge TV not working upon arrival but quickly fixed by owner. Noise from apartment above late into the night, early morning.

Pros: Very nice place to stay, just across the railway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very big, clean amd quiet.

Cons: The location is good for travelling across Belgium, but is a litle bit far from city center

Pros: The apartment is located close to the Guillemins train station and is very accessible by train and local tram network. Check-in was done at the Ibis desk located in the same building complex. The area surrounding the apartment has been re-developed and has several restaurants and a small grocery store on the same block. We attended a conference at the Palais de Congress, which was an easy walk down to the river and over the pedestrian bridge . The apartment was clean, well-equipped and spacious...perfect for an extended business trip.

Pros: The apartment is big, clean, quiet and spacious. It has everything you need for your stay.

Perfect for our needs, and value for money

Pros: Great central location, loads of room, all essential utilities provided. Bonus balcony.

Cons: Balcony hadn't been cleaned, previous guests cigarette butt and nappies left there.

Really good service, location and value for money

Pros: This place is fantastic! Olivier is responsive and helpful. The apartments are really big, which was great for our 2+ week stay. The relationship with the Ibis next door makes everything really easy and friendly with the assurance of 24 hour reception. They also have breakfast which you can pay for and a small bar to hang out.

Pros: Great space for 3 friends to hang out and explore Liège.

FAMILY APARTMENT

Pros: 10 minutes walking distance from Liege-Guillemins station. Check-in at IBIS hotel next door. At the reception, Rose, was extremely helpful. A very comfortable and spacious apartment. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer.

A well-equipped , comfortable apartment in a great location for the train station.

Pros: Really convenient location for the train station. We were not only visiting Liege itself, but also using it as a base from which to visit other cities by train, so this was ideal for us. The opening of the new tram system next year will improve the accessibility of the apartment to the centre of Liege. The apartment was scrupulously clean, had all necessary facilities, and the beds were really comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and dealt efficiently with our various queries

Cons: No instructions for television or for ceramic hob. No mugs. We could have done with sharper knives.The plug for the bath wasn't water-tight, meaning that all the water gradually seeped out! These are, however, minor gripes- the apartment overall was comfortable and well-appointed.

Good location

Pros: Rooms were great and plenty of space! Easy check in, right near the station and some good food options. We stayed for the Grand Prix weekend and can recommend .

Cons: It’s listed as having aircon but it’s a portable aircon and blows more hot air out the back than cool air out the front.
