A real back in 25 years' time.

Pros: The place, clearly run by an Armenian lady, is situated in a building with permanent residents. They may judge you at first, but you have nothing to worry about.

Cons: The location was a bit difficult with local cabs. Only the 4th would oblige and I can warmly recommend his services: Taxi Klinkenberg,

Cozy and quiet apartment in Eupen close to beautiful landscapes

Pros: Really nice and cozy apartment, well located in Eupen, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. It was surprisingly quiet, and the bed was great. Very friendly host. Close to many wonderful biking and walking trails through the beautiful landscapes.

Great appartment

Pros: Great appartment, fully decorated, very comfortable and in a great location.

A clean and spacious one bed room apartment with all of the necessary facilities provided.

Pros: Easy to find. On site parking. Coffee and tea facilities provided. Very comfortable bed with bed room facing quiet garden.

Cons: We had to chase up host on the day of arrival to obtain details on how to get the door key from the lock box. It would help to have some instructions on how to use the TV provided.

BETTER THAN I IMAGINED

Pros: I LIKED THE PLACE WHERE THE APPARTMENT WAS. EASY TO FIND, TO PARK THE CAR , NICE NEIGHBOURHOOD. THE APPARTMENT WAS BIG ENOUGH, VERY VERY WARM (HOT WATER-HEAT ALL THE 24H). BIG BED AND COMFORTABLE MAT. THE SURPRISE WAS IN THE KITCHEN. WE FOUND MANY COFFEE CAPSULES , COFFEE MAKER, OVEN AND DISHWASHER! THE APPARTMENT HAD ALSO WASHING MACHINE AND SANITARY ITEMS. 3 PERSONS COULD STAY FOR SURE THERE. WHEN I VISIT AGAIN THE AREA, I WILL BOOK IT FOR SURE.

Pros: Very friendly host, clean appartement with all necessities you can think off.

Cons: Nothing! Only thing maybe is you can’t park in front of it for a whole night, but a free, unlimited parking is at a 2 min walk maximum.

Pros: The Host and Location of the apartment were very good! We had a very nice stay in a comfy apartment. The facility has everything you need like mentioned in the description and in a good condition.

Cons: The only recommendation would be to turn on the heater during winter periods and to close the windows, so that its not too cold at the time of arrival.

Super apartment, very clean!

Pros: Bedroom, kitchen, super! Very clean! Parking, bakery nextdoor, everything you needed was in the apartment.

Cons: Cold. Heating did not do its job. Bedlinnen to small for the bed.

Nice, clean and comfortable place. Recommended if in Eupen!

Pros: The owner met us at the agreed time in front of the apartment. He explained everything to us and handed us the keys.
