Clean and comfy studio in an excellent location to visit the Haute Fagnes nature reserve.
Pros: Spacious studio, very clean. Dog friendly. Friendly host, was available at all times if needed. Great location to go hiking in the many GR trails between Aachen and Malmedy. The studio was comfortable and very well equiped. The kitchen is functional, with oven-microwave, cooking hobs and a small sink. The bathroom consists of a big shower cabin, with immediately available hot water. Toilets were clean, with a hand washing basin. There is an infrared sauna in the studio…that was great, to rest the muscles, after long hiking in the hills. We were two adults and a big dog. The studio was comfy and spacious enough for a few days stay. Access to hiking routes was perfect. There are local butcher’s + bakery + cheese shop just 2 minutes away by car. Also a couple of minutes away is a nice burger-friterie shop (you must try the « John Royal » burger!). Very good experience, I totally recommend it!
Cons: To be very picky, here are very minor things I can mention, - The bedding wasn’t exceptional, too soft to my taste, but it is a bit of a personal preference, it was all in all acceptable. - There is a great yard in front of the property where we could easily park our 2 cars, however in the wintertime, it is dark early and there was no light to help navigate to / back from the car. - Not a lot of storage place to put clothes away. - I would have liked to lodge farther away from the owners, to have a greater feeling of «being out, lost in the countryside». (The studio is an extension to the farmhouse). Beware, the owners ask for an small additional fee if you have a dog with you. Also, I advise you ask for the owner’s « terms and conditions » before confirming your booking. It was no problem for us, but we would have liked to know all the details before choosing a booking without a refund option.

Leuk verblijf op goede locatie
Pros: Aardige mensen, snelle communicatie via de app. We boekte last minute, maar dat was geen probleem. Aardig ontvangst met duidelijke uitleg over de ruimte. We mochten zelf kiezen hoe laat we wilden uitchecken. Alles was aanwezig. Allemaal extra dingetjes lagen er ook zoals snoepjes, maskertje, shampoo etc.
Cons: Niet zozeer aan de accommodatie, maar ze konden niet zo goed engels praten. Gelukkig kon mijn vriend een beetje Frans verstaan/praten. Anders vertaal app nodig.

Studio très calme et confortable
Pros: Joli petit studio très bien aménagé avec tout le confort nécessaire. Ultra calme! Propreté remarquable, beaucoup de petites touches d'attention: machine à café Nespresso, sèche-cheveux, sauna, articles de toilette etc. Douche très agréable avec une bonne pression. Parfait pour un séjour à la campagne, loin du tumulte de la ville. Hôtes très arrangeants et disponibles au besoin.

Prima verblijf met alle voorzieningen!
Pros: Een fijne rustige locatie voorzien van alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn. De sauna was heerlijk! En fijn dat we de elektrische fietsen in de garage mochten plaatsen. Het verblijf ligt op een mooie centrale locatie met mogelijkheden om gemakkelijk te reizen naar Duitsland, Nederland en directe omgeving. Genoeg te doen in de buurt op gebied van onder andere wandelen en fietsen. De eigenaren zijn super aardige mensen die behulpzaam zijn en helpen met tips en informatie over mogelijke activiteiten in de omgeving. De eerste avond kregen we een heerlijke Borsjtsj soep aangeboden, erg lekker. Al met al een goede ervaring en aan te raden! 👌

Pros: Extrement propre et bien achalandé, sauna agréable après ballade vélo/ rando, ptt déjeune royal ( œufs de la ferme, fruits, jus presses,…) l’accueil est très très aimable

Quiet and relaxing
Pros: Everything was very smooth, they let us in a bit earlier than the usual check in date. The room is big, has a kitchen, sauna, comfy bed and toilet. The shower pressure is perfect and the temperature as well. There's even a few hair products other items you can borrow, very handy. The hosts are very friendly and the breakfast super good! Fresh juice from their garden, eggs from their hens, no dairy milk as an option. Can't complain at all! They also have a cute horse you can pet. I definitely recommend!
Cons: Everything was very good. I have nothing to complain.
